House Rules NYCLAN welcomes all of our customers, both real and adult-sized children. We have standing house rules relating to the admission, conduct and safety of all of our customers. Please read and respect the policies listed below. Customers must behave courteously and respectfully. Loud and/or abusive language will not be tolerated. No cheating. All events are charged based on the listed entry fee and are to be paid immediately upon arrival to the event, no discounts or exceptions. No drugs or alcohol of any kind. No cigarette, pipe or cigar smoking. No snuff or chewing tobacco. We will not admit anyone who is obviously intoxicated. Appropriate and clean attire must be worn at all times, including shirt, shorts, and shoes. No un-bathed or unkempt customers with obvious body odor will be admitted. No outside food or drink. We are not responsible for lost or stolen property. NYCLAN has a Recommended Age Group ratings system that helps our customers decide for themselves which events are most fun and appropriate. These ratings are also intended to act as guidelines to help us tailor our events for specific age demographics and customer interest groups. The Recommended Age Group system borrows heavily from but does not solely rely on reviews conducted by the Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB). NYCLAN reserves the right to admit or prohibit the entry of customers who may or may not fall within the Recommended Age Group. Upon entry into NYCLAN's premisis, all customers agree to hold NYCLAN free from all responsibility for the content within each video game. By paying an entry fee and entering our premises, you have agreed to be our customer and have accepted and will abide by our House Rules. NYCLAN staff members reserve the right to expel any customer from its premises at their sole discretion. All expulsions are final and expelled customers forfeit all rights to any refund.
